Our products are sealed and considered sensitive from a hygiene standpoint. This means we can only accept returns if the packaging is completely unopened and undamaged — and honestly, you wouldn’t want it any other way either.

2. Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your package. Once confirmed, you have 7 more days to send the product back to us.

3. How to Request a Return?

Simply email us at info@vibeora-intimate.com or use the chat window on our website. We’ll guide you through the return process step by step.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days — using the same payment method you originally used. Fast and confidential, just how it should be.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened intimate products (e.g. dolls, accessories, lubricants, etc.)

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Custom or personalized orders

6. Damaged or Defective Product?

Take a photo and send it to us — we’ll either replace the product or refund you immediately. At Vibeora, quality is non-negotiable.
