Our products are sealed and considered sensitive from a hygiene standpoint. This means we can only accept returns if the packaging is completely unopened and undamaged — and honestly, you wouldn’t want it any other way either.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your package. Once confirmed, you have 7 more days to send the product back to us.
